@jianlin what do you think that bottom strip on the phone is. Maybe led notification light?

Would you look at what Adam Outler from xda has got there!

An unannounced Sony device he says... interesting do you think they gave it to him as in to get started on root and the unboxing before it comes out to the public?

"only"? That's quite a lot for a JPG file.

Well that's an interesting looking.... thingy there mzr7. Obviously it's a case to cover the actual look of the device, but those slits make you wonder wtf they're for. Off the top of my head I'm hoping they represent 4 speakers in the corners so not only are they front facing, but you can get stereo seperation whether in portrait or landscape mode.

Also, loving the hope being kept alive for a xenon flash on Honami. Assuming the pictures we've seen so far are accurate I suppose it is still possible for a pop-up xenon flash. Sony uses that sort of flash extensively with their digital cameras, and it'd give the added benefit of allowing for things like a bounce flash to counter some of the usual problems with a direct xenon flash during a shot.

I think those giant slits are just to help get the device in and out of the case. It looks like honami in s soft rubber case to me.

Here's an interesting take on the leaked Honami sample shot by Sonysta, as most of you might know he has been extremely critical of Xperias for camera quality in the past

I also found a very good image quality Xperia i1 !

From what has been shown (images) and photographic hardware that will be integrated, my guess is that the Xperia i1 delivered images with a higher quality than in 1020 !

that's good enough for me. the site mentioned IP57, do you know if IP58 is still on the table or they reduced it to IP57?
