I didn't tell you to open it apart...
Opening the phone apart needs some experience and it is harder procedure. So if you make even a small misstake you may damage your phone hardware and make it completely dead...
So the best way to fix your problems is to get your phone to service centre and see if the warranty covers them...

In his case he probably cross threaded the screw holes causing the phone to seal badly.

Mine is just a little bit loose but it's not annoying. The worse is that buttons started to wear off. It looks disgusting

I saw your vid, the problem is not too disturbing for me.. it is the case with many phones...
But I understand it can disturb you.
According to me, the most important problem of that phone (T650 and K770) is the high level of energy emitted by it (SAR level), it is almost the highest among nowadays phones...
So I use a bluetooth ear kit in order to limit health trouble....
Bluetooth is even better than traditional cable ear kit, for health (10 times less energy)

@nebraska - Eish i didn't know it had the high SAR ... I must compare it to the w890.
Wow
After having the fone for almost over a month.
I only realized now that i have a light effect on the back, if flash when you recieve an sms.
Its a line on the battery cover between the metal and the plastic portion.
Am I doom?
