News from me. If Sony aren't blowing me away in three days I'm seriously considering throwing 70 quid at ebay from a white Xperia TX.
To me, the best design for years, fast camera, H+ conectivity. Just load up a custom Lollipop or Marshmallow rom and it'll be fine. Design is cool enough to wow in this world of flat back aluminium onesies, performance can hold up Clash of Clans which is plenty for me.

This AMOLED is much better than LCD is crap, every panel has it's own advantages and disadvantages and both AMOLED and LCD's are not perfect or superior to the other...

The only advance for AM oled panels is Black value nothing more, get over it..

So I've bit the bullet and gone and ordered myself a glass screen protector for the XR on Amazon. I've decided the bigger screen is too much to loose over gaining slightly better battery life. The 1st wants to hurry up now, I want to see my new phone!!!

I'm cautiously optimistic. I'm interested to see if they're still going to play it safe with a profitable business model or stick their neck out give us something with a bit of wow factor. Probably the former.

As I said, I am expecting just an average phones like there were releasing so far. All the leaks are pointing towards that sadly.

it's often the case that people will say "oh the design is boring" or "it's ugly" when seeing leaked pics, but when the phone is announced and the press photos are released, that opinion quickly becomes.. "WOW it is gorgeous". Of course, that's not always the case. personally, sony has rarely disappointed in terms of design so I am not worried about that.
IFA can't come soon enough. is the announcement on thursday or friday? is there a live stream? sorry if it was already posted.

I'm hoping for killer optics but there will probably be the same cam as the Z5, which is excellent already, but there is always room for improvement.
