These bugs you are talking about can they really be fixed with future firmware updates?Only reason i am asking is my three day old k750 has bugs but i dont want a refund or exchange.

None of the bugs I have seen so far seem to be hardware related. So yes, they can be fixed with firmware update if SE wants to.

i've got a Vodafone branded K750i and (touch wood) i havent had one problem with it in the week i have been playing with it... and i mean really playing with it all day every day... ahhh but if it does go a bit faulty i dont care coz i got it for nothing... no contract no upgrade jus given it from work

i dont know personally, but many have said that on a page in the manual, and DW updates and upgrades can b done with the cable that comes in the box

I found a way to increase my call volume..
If you drop your phone (accidently..musn't be planned) on the concrete floor at the train station then for some reason the call volume increases
Although, you may face chipping off some paint and my camera has a .5/1 second delay when the cover opens
Was very surprised the phone didn't break OR scratch
