Just received my fifth Xperia S today. No signs of yellow tint so far, but it's still very early days.

As far as I know, no. The apps that come in data partition can be unistalled, and the ones that come in system partition will not alter your installation space.

It doesn't vary market to market. Internal Memory 26 GB for videos, photos, music and other user data. 2 GB phone memory for apps
