@DCMBMCLS,
i think you use "macro" to take a fully detailed photo, like that of a close-up photo of coin with even the scratches are visible? correct me if i'm wrong...

@niknik,
it happened to me before, that kind of photos you got because i did not wait for the "auto focus" signals like the focus sound and the turning of the white colored focus sign into green... i hope this will help...

No you are not wrong. The camera cannot focus if the object is too close unless you select Macro. On the other hand, in Macro position the camera cannot focus too far.

This is not the case. I always wait for the green circle to stay steady and for the short beeps.
