Oh, was that "in 2 weeks" announcement due then?

@ Mizzle

Here we go again.......

If Thursday is an announcement, someone can give so dodgy pics to get interested. If not, give us a bit of info please Mizzle. You never explained the significance of your 'old man' picture. Is it related to Thursday at all?

Thanking you in advance for the pics that you will leak today.

leak or no leak, it's exciting to know that there will be something coming Thursday. It seems from Mizzle's comment that Thursday's announcement will have something to do with a UIQ touchscreen device. Perhaps the JavaOne device? perhaps Hicaro? Either way, it seems Thursday will be an important day in an SE fanboy's life.

@mizzle...

regarding the old man picture. It seems to me there are two interpretations. (1), things may not be what they seem, and (2) old man is moving on to something new after sticking with the old gal for so long.

These interpretations can be applied several ways, I think that (1) all the hype with the greatness of hicaro and w960 successor is all a hoax, (2) all the disappointing reviews/previews by those in the know are false and the high-end phones to come are fantastic (3) SE is moving on to a new hardware platform from the old ARM9 one.. (old lady to new cyber-girl).

Am I correct at all? or totally off? heh. yes or no will suffice.

LOL! You really don't know what you're talking about.
N95 is a smartphone with bigger screen and 30fps VGA recording!
The 2yr old N95 is far superior than C905 in all department except it's 3megapixel short.

But Hikaru may change that.. I hope..

True, and you couldn't expect it to compete with the N95 either. For starters its a feature phone. Its not even close to a smartphone.
