I have an Xperia Z along with the Sony BTN200 NFC headphones and the audio quality is superb. My question is though will the S-Master amp in the Honami really make it sound that much better for an audiophile like myself and will it also work for the loudspeaker (the loudspeaker on the Z isnt the greatest)
It all depends on your ear and your output source. Though, a great amp can still make a small difference even on shitty equipment, but gains aren't that much. Personally, don't think the BTN200 is a good sounding can, and anything going wireless will definitely lose quality. You should give the MDR-1R a try. Also, audiophile is a very powerful word, do use it with caution.

1. Speakers will always sound bad, the amplifier used won't make any audible difference here.
2. For Bluetooth you won't notice any difference either. Sound is transmitted to the headphones digitally and is amplified by your headphones themselves.
The only thing that will improve with an S-Master amplifier (which I doubt will be in Honami) is the 3,5mm output.

That's why you hold the lens instead.

They should worry!
Sony won't be the only one with such an idea, and in general image quality on quite every smartphone (even without interchangeable lense) is improving very much, what will be in a couple of years?
These could be hard times for camera manufacturers like Canon, Nikon, but also Sony.

With the key difference being, Sony makes smartphones and Canon/Nikon don't

I wouldn't be surprised though if Samsung copies this idea and releases an NX accessory for the S4, just upping the notch with APS-C sensor maybe. Sony and the devs behind the wvil concept should've patented this.
