I have just ordered my k800i today should be here tuesday, the only thing is i'm on Vodafone. Does anyone know whether this phone has branded firmware? I had the k750i and that did but I just flashed it with davinci.

i have the chance to buy a k800i off ebay for $540usd (292gbp) deivered... it is from Hk, but they are able send a European version rather than a hk one if requested....
Is this a good price, should i go for it?

Everyone time i play some music i have put on to the phone it always ends up playing the pre set music like 'Greeting' after the song has finished. I dont want to delete it, just move it.

The K790 IS a quadband and edge phone Terval, it would be pointless to make it with the same band as the K800 wouldn't it, ecspecially since you'd be paying the same price for something that only has edge as a substitute to 3G.

maybe thats why the i version isn't on the
UK site any more. Perhaps the i version will be sold in some places in preference to the K800. I guess
