I checked few themes yesterday and it seems that it's always grey no matter which theme is used. It has to be FW dependant so hopefully sony acknowledged that and is going to change it with next FW update.
It would be illogical to make bars on ZL black and on Z grey so it would seem that it's something that is going to change in future.

I didn't like the white one becuase of the black front. X10 was the best white phone I have ever seen.
Tone of the purple seems quite nice but does it look girly?

I played with a live demo in the 3 store today and the screen is stunning even at 100% and the whole phone looks like the best phone i have ever seen love the design and screen just hope the camera is very good too.
