Speaking of the lighter side of colloquil accents, dialects (an' all), if you can check out youtube or google video etc, check out Russell Peters, an Asian Canadian stand-up comedian. Pure genius.
He's done a few about fellow Indians in SA, how cool 'click sounds' are in some South African names
, and a hilarious one about 'beating your kids'. Had me rolling with laughter.
@ Hobbster,
Since owning it, it's frozen about 3 times, mainly when it's been in standby for some time and then suddenly I want to utilise a load of application features or instantly take a pic. It's like trying to tell me, " Gimme a f%^%ing chance, Wanqa!"
Apart from those few hangs, it's been absolutely fine. Still on its original f/w, but I'll wait until the next one's out and see what improvements manifest with it...
I'm obviously getting more into UIQ3 now, but still prefer the P900's older OS in some respects.

Wanqa, i borrowed a few discs with Comedy Central clips from my brother the other day aka last year. I'm certain i saw Russell on one of those. Some of those guys are totally hilarious!

@ALL: I'm speaking to the insurance ombudsman ngomso because there's a foul scent about this whole thing. When I signed the contract with them it was for the book value...that's what i understand by insurance. With all the BS that they're tuning me I might get a car sometime in February if i succeed or late January at the earliest.
It's two months until I'm due for an upgrade...and I'm cutting down on all the suspects, narrowing down to SE...my current phone( the first N70 died) has served me well over the four five months I've had it. But I doubt I'll return to Nokia unless Vodacom can sweeten the deal with something akin to an E90
@da wanqsta: Do you think Boris Johnson stands a snowball's chance in hell of being elected mayor of London...just read a couple of features on him and he comes across as a joker of sorts albeit an intelligent one.

Nah, I don't think people take him that seriously IMHO. Can't see Ken Livingstone being dethroned from his perch. He comes across as a much stronger, assertive figure.
I hope I'm wrong though; competition is always an effective suppressant against monopolising tendencies and mild forms of dictatorship..
