You know how sometimes you've an item you'd like to dispose of, but you know that somebody could probably use it, but you're not sure where to find that somebody? Well, there's a group called Freecycle who believe that, instead of dumping stuff, we can freecycle them, i.e. list them on a database where others who may need them can see what's available. The only condition is that you don't sell, only donate. In the same manner you can request items, should you so wish. Check out

Just tried the P.E. site, listed a PS2 dvd remote which has been sitting in a drawer feeling very sorry for itself. It found a new owner within the first 5 minutes!
