I hear you PeterKay....... SE will look bad, very bad for that matter, if no press release has been made stating further delays. If it were to come out in August, it will be as outdated as the Z1010 was when it came out. Starting price for the Z1010: 6000 skr, one month later: 900 skr..............SE would just have to cancel the P990 if that same thing were to happen in this case...

would have mentioned a delay on the site if it was to extend to August (which i doubt). Still shows June on the UK
site and i'll follow that until they change it (if they do).
2mp Camera by August will be nothing new and
will realise this.
Unless they release it with a 3.2mp or a 4.0 mp Camera

People - take a reality check. The M600i is ready ahead of schedule! How delayed can the P990 really be?
Also mobileshop.co.uk have now told me they are now expecting to ship the P990 around 1st June

Yes, someone is already selling M600i with pics of the retail box itself proving that this is definitely genuine product. Hence it should not be too long before it is finally released in the mass market.
Mobile review's MR (he was one of the first who informed that P990i will be delayed till Q2 weeks before SE made the announcement in Feb) has said this:
"Release M600i within a two to three weeks. P990i will follow within some weeks after that. M600i is ready for shipping. P990i is getting better and better. They are really working on it now."
He also said that some things such as video recording has been fixed on the P990i with newer ROMs.
Really can't wait to lay my hands on these 2 beauties
