It's already on sale on UAE, cost is AED2399 = USD653 = Euro 464
In KSA, pre-orders already started, in stores in 1st of April.. cost is SAR2399 = $640 = Euro 454
In Bahrain still, but according to the dealer, it was supposed to be in store in the first week of April, but it has been delayed to the second Week now... price is unknown but might be BHD240~250 = $636~636 = Euro 452~470
Neo is delayed to 2 weeks after Arc.

Not me, a guy from se4m.com, he bought it from a place called Phono or Fono in Dubai I don't know which spilling coz he wrote the name in Arabic... Another guy bought it from Megamall in Sharga...
Another guy said it's already available in Axiom all over UAE...
