hi am raghu i am new to this group. i am having nokia 6020 phone . i want to now how to get free internet access on pc by using airtel live .
please help me ALANDS or any body.

@raghu 6020 has single channel gprs, so this trick won't work for you.

its not working

ive never tried to configure emule... i use kazaa lite and there r 2 ways

first method
download http-tunnel client u get it here http://www.http-tunnel.com/httptunnel_setup.exe

This software converts all socks requests going from your computer into HTTP- requests ..
Install the software and configure it to use a specified proxy i.e 100.1.200.99:8080
Now, run HTTP-Tunnel

Configure Kazaa to use SocksProxy with IP: 127.0.0.1 Port:1080

wait 4 a min and it'll start working


second method is to download a proxy client like "your freedom"... u will need this so that ur p2p app can get pass through firewalls and proxies...

next step is to configure the client

1.after installing the client click the configuration box now under the server connections tab type

address:ems12.your-freedom.de
port:443
protocol:https

check "automatically connect on start up","redirect socks4/5 dns to freedom server" ,"enable encryption","enable rekeying"

2.under account info tab just type in ur registered username and password u made when u registered with your freedom at the time of download

3.under the proxy settings
proxy sddress:100.1.200.99
proxy port:8080
leave every thin else

now click save and exit


4.now goto the ports tab check mark both socks4/5 and web proxy

done with the configuration on the client
now goto status click start connection

now check in the messages tab if everthing is ok it says
server version:20060113-01
auth_ok:authentication accepted
startng ports

now goto the applications tab and check kazaa click ok now u have completed the configuration in the client

now open kazaa go to options check socks5 and type "127.0.0.1" and port "1080"

finish now connect u r ready to go


i use the first method its easier but only disadv is u can use the client with only one application at a time... with the second method u can use multiple apps at the same time.

and guys if there is any other method u r using to work ur p2p or bit torrent using this trick please post it here....

i downloaded indian version 7 now,
working but wit some prob!
can't enter chat rooms!! messages take ages to deliver!!
