ReloadEvery. You can specify how quickly (or slowly) you want each tab (or web page) to reload. I've kept it at 5 secs.

Although, I am suprised it took you this long to find it, when PT started the first thing I did was search "reload" in the firefox addon page.

all day i have many plans being a Saturday
need to give my car in for service, going to eat my inlaws and taking kids out if the weather is nice (hope it rains)
so a few things to do, will be away from my PC for a few hours at least.
So its all to play for.
