Cant say about the CT100 but the Discover is based on the Pulsar engine , a bit more advanced but slightly less cc so lesser power but slightly more mileage and i think it can be quite reliable.
Although it is wise not to buy a bike which has been newly launched like the Discover. Better to wait a few months to gauge customer feedback

Don't touch that ct 100...its butt ugly. The discover is a better option. 11 bhp is quite good. A good combination of power and economy. And how about the honda unicorn? Indias first mono shock bike!! Not a great looker though.

Dont believe the mileage posted in the ads dude. They are obtained on completely flat terrain with abolutely no bumps at all. That too without stopping. In the city and with passengers, bags etc etc, this will reduce a LOT. I just read a review about the CT 100 and they claim it gave them 68km/ltr . My Victor gives me 65 km/ltr even after 2 years !
Although i must admit for 31.5 K it's a good buy !

@whiz i'm a beginner and cant go for that 150cc monster! And the discovcer is expesive than the ct100... @k4 i wont buy the victor as i heard it just cant stand rain!
another thing..is there any disadvantage in buying the bike on full payment ?

Discover is not 150 cc, it's 125 cc and quite small in size compared to Pulsar. It would be easy for any user.
I dont think there would be any disadvantage in buying the bike on full payment.

Thats just another users experience. ALWAYS go for the reviews written by professional automobile magazines. They have the experience. I once went through a puddle thinking it to be quite shallow only to realize that the water came up to my knees !! Damn i was shocked. I revved up the engine to keep water from entering the exhaust and came out quite easily. At that depth the water surely must have touched my spark plug area and nothing bad happened ! And in that review that guy said if even a drop of water touches the spark plug, bike doesnt start up. Thats a LOAD OF BULLSHIT !! Probably due to bad maintenance or repairs.
