So let me get this straight...
Hayabusa and Mint will essentially be the same except that one will be LTE and one won't? Does having LTE (mint) justify the much higher cost? I would think that it has superior features to warrant the higher price point. I would hope so anyway.
I am in need of a new phone. But I am so curious about Mint. I can't wait for Hayabusa to be out and when more information comes out about the Mint, I can decide whether I want to wait or go for the Hayabusa, which by then will have hopefully dropped in price a bit.
Loving all the new information though. I can't wait for more leaked photos and some leaked official photos or teaser vids
We also have to wonder which device is getting the rumoured OLED screens that are supposed to be showing up on Sony phones this year. Maybe that's another difference that Mint has.

I kinda like it, it looks like Xperia Ion with rounded edges. The only thing I don`t like is that Sony still delaying devices (without natural disasters) and this will be released in Q4...

We don`t even get Ion yet and it was announced in January. That`s very disappointing and I thought Sony will get their act together and bring devices more frequently and much faster to the market but I guess we`ll have to wait a year or maybe even more for that.

Ion was supposed to be an AT&T exclusive device. the delay could have to do with something with AT&T?
If that is the hayabusa, it looks a little plain. I hope it at least comes in white or something more interesting.

I like it - there`s no buttons and Sony shortened the space below the screen. We don`t get the space above the screen from this pic but as we see the speaker is almost in the frame that`s why I think it wouldn`t be bigger so it is going to be one compact device for it`s screen size. I hope it`s LT29i for which I opt to wait.
PS: In the chinese site someone posted earlier there was an info about LT30i with OLED screen and quad-core coming in October. I don`t believe that.

There is a rumor on BGR about a leaked Verizon road map for the fall. It includes the following item:
HTC might actually be the star of the Android show this time around though, as we have been told HTC will have a major flagship device hitting Verizon shelves in the fall. It’s said to feature a whopping 5-inch 1080p HD display (a non-PenTile screen), a new chipset that includes a
quad-core Krait CPU and an Adreno 320 GPU, HTC Sense 5 and a Scribe pen. Yes, HTC is launching a Galaxy Note competitor.
The interesting thing here is the quad-Krait with Adreno 320. Could it be possible it will be ready for the autumn and Sony could deliver some phone using that too ? That would be sweet, that will surely be better than Exonys 4412.

The APQ8064 chip will be ready for sure. If HTC is launching such a device, then Qualcomm must have already made it available to the manufacturers.
Lets hope the updated rumours are really true. Quad core krait. Adreno 320. Orgasmic.

Are you guys still craving for quads? I still prefer optimized software without hickups and great media integration! If the phone works great with dual I'm fine with that!
It isn't about US craving for Quad Core. It's about SONY sending out a message that they are serious about the smartphone business and they will bring consumers the very latest technology available together with unique Sony technologies/features.

Hopefully Hayabusa has official microSDXC support, 16GB ROM + 64GB card would be incredible.
I don't see how Sony can get all these devices out without stepping on their own toes. I can understand Hayabusa being a top-end device above the Xperia S (in Australia, Xperia S can be bought for $460 AU when a Galaxy S II or a Galaxy Nexus costs more, and available on a $49 cap which is typically a moderate phone's cost) but this talk about the Xperia SX will just bring massive confusion, as specs would suggest pricing of about the Xperia S (when you consider Xperia GX' probable pricing) but it is superior in quite a few ways.
Also, I hate the new naming scheme, but I suppose coming up for unique names for phones gets a tad difficult over time.
EDIT: Just realised Xperia GX is the Japanese naming scheme, ala Xperia NX, so name hasn't really had many guesses yet.
