@henryj, ferrarista44 who also lives in the south does not have good experiences with semicon branches in that area (southmall). he comes to makati for the firmware updates. so if you're going to makati, you have two choices: smartnet or semicon powerplant (where pretty woman is). the smartnet address and phone number is on the first post of the smartnet corner.

that's regarding the repair.. so that pertains to the technicians and aftersales services and reception.
the salespeople of Southmall are doing good. at least they are when i am there.
