eish, load-shedding occurred here as well in some suburbs. It's going to be a long hot summer, boys... no aircons or fans... Tell me, are any of you into sushi? My buddy just got back from a week in the Paternoster area, and he's discovered that raw fish is actually quite tasty. So tonight he and the family came over, and we spent an entertaining hour watching him concoct the most beautiful arrangements... which tasted even better than they looked! I only realized afterwards that i should've taken some pix. Going to try and talk him into doing it again over the weekend

Sushi.Love sushi.

Talking about Paternosta, when I was a little boy we used to go camping in Paternosta. My uncle used to take nets with and we used to go fishing for crayfish.Back then the laws werent so strict or non-existent,not like they are today. We used to throw in a net, wait a couple of minutes and then pull it up and the net used to be full of crayfish. You try do that today,1,you get busted and heavily fined and 2,your net will most probably come up empty cause the ocean has been raped.lol

At one stage as a kid if you offered me a crayfish I would have vehemently refused.Ate so much of that stuff when I was young. Now on the other hand, if you offer me one, it will be eaten before you can say, would you like a......

Sushi is so yummy Kryps.Try and eat it at least a couple times a month. Its really good for you.

The saddest thing about the power cuts is that Eskom knew that this was going to happen, back in the early '90's already. Proposals were put forward to counter this back then with a range of power stations to be approved, but let's just say that there's a lot that the big-wigs in power back then and now have to answer for...

@ Hobbster and The Kryptik One,
Glad you guys made it through the first day back at work.

@ JC,
LOL, I just experimented with the settings and arm movements along the road as we were walking back to the house.
