I will also welcome it even if it's just Paris. What happened to the rumor that Paris will still be released to the rest of the world except Europe?

In their latest podcast, the AllAboutSymbian guys talked about releasing news soon about new devices from Nokia, Samsung...and SE. I guess they also got info on Hikaru...

Good news, these rumours have been a bit thin-on-the-ground lately.

Also, I still keep reading stuff about SE's 'iPhone', on the internet. Did this rumour begin with a rogue photoshop going around? What was the origin of that rumour exactly?

N96 is no competition for SE's C905. samsung will take care of that

C905 is more for the mass market. It will be a bestseller absolutely.

well, its no competition for us, but for a normal person, he would see, n96 and n95 having 5 megapixel, while c905 havin 8mp! and then jump off to it. As thats what i see in people around me.

But even though they are not basically competitiors, it can help se keep some of its momentum, and the earlier they have their release dates, earlier we can expect the next announcement.

Even c905 is a different story N96 definitely affect the sales a bit as its new. If c905 has simple 5mp cam then what will be the difference with the old phones without wifi too.

C905 and N96? Forget it, Nokia has made such a great name for itself no one will even look at C905 unless the price is really low enough to make a difference. It's crucial how SE handles the next year as I think it will determine the future of that company.

They are two completely different phones for different target markets... I don't understand why some of you are doing these comparisons...

Assessment fail.

Well, i havent compared c905 and n96. What you guys failed to see my point was that, if se releases c905, it can help get some market shares rather than let all the buyers buy n96 as its only choice.
