^^ this is most likely the final design, similar to z4 tablet design.
I like the design, maybe the best ob one. the frame look the best ever with that curved black color shine effect and not grey like in z3, a slimmer design, z2 speakers design make it more seamless.

Since Sony is already selling the imx220 to other oems, I think there's a high chance that we'll see a new sensor on the new flagship. If I remember correctly, someone at Sony stated that they'll keep their best sensor first to themselves some time before they sell it to others (which made Samsung actually furious when they finally decided this on the Z1)

As much as I'm liking the design, it does need a refresh. I would've liked a brushed metal front and back. I hope it comes in some new colours, gun metal grey would be really nice.

Doesnt look it...
The back of the phone still implys a IMX220.
IMX230 is 1/2.4 not 1/2.3

Please, please have wireless charging...I will miss the magnetic charger ports but as long as they have wireless charging it would be sweet...I actually hate having to plug my phone to charge..

Sometimes, I feel that having the audio jack and usb port in the same side ( bottom is good ) is better than having each one in the opposite sides of the phone, specially when the phone is in a pocket, car cup holder or a bag...

Even though I know that those are not high quality press pics, I still have to say that I don't like what I see. It looks kinda "cheap". But to be fair I have to say that I'm one of those who find the Omnibalance design getting boring now.
