Pare, when i got my T68m upgraded at Smartnet medyo hindi nila ako napabilib kasi they kept on giving me reasons kung bakit hindi ma-upgrade yung phone ko and then while on the elevator i checked the software version... na-upgrade pala nila! hehehe di ko tuloy maintindihan kung professional sila or what. Pero like arnoldc said when it comes to Ericsson phone services, Smartnet is the place to be
