if you zoom at max magnification, you can see compression artifacts on the upper right edge of the frame. (which is almost invisible at the bike sample we had) I don't think Picasa is doing that sample a justice

^^^ I don't know picasa but maybe they're applying their own compression to shrink down image size.
Nevertheless I couldn't manage to view the image full size (8MP) other than zooming with picasa itself, dosn't look that good.
