Hey guys can we use this trick on Nokia 3220 ?
Any1 here using or tried this trick on Nokia 3220? I mean connecting PC.
which APN ur using? where r u from(City)? What is the speed ur getting? Kindly check ur speed on

Nokia 3220 DATA specifications:
GPRS: Class 10 (4+1/3+2 slots), 32 - 48 kbps
HSCSD: 43.2 kbps
EDGE: Class 6, 177.6 kbps
What is HSCSD?
What is the difference between EDGE Class 10 & EDGE Class 6?
Does it makes any difference on this trick?
Which is the cheapest phone with EDGE available today????
Am planing to a buy a cheap and best for phone for this trick, so that I can keep it reserve only for my PC

this dont work on 3220 as it has single channel supporting gprs.
nebdy tell me how i can connect to internet trhu gprs whether using this trick or not (i can use mobile office also) on my LG C2500 mobile.

i have asked this be4 and am askin it again!
as both 6600 and 3220 got the same gprs class then why doesn't this trick work on 3220!!
is it becoz of the platform!??

i must thank for evryone contributed to this thread.
i got into one problem. i am using nok 6630 realplayer streaming is working fine for me. but not this time
i got the error message "504 gateway time-out- the web server is not responding". as another method i am using opera8.6 even switching between actual browser and opera gives the same result. even live.airtelworld.com is giving the same response when i do this trick. if i close all connections and open airtellive its working properly.. i am staying in pune. is anyone experiencing the same???

i forgot to mention.. when i am not using any trick gtel live site is pretty fast i can watch streaming video too. but soon i use the trick .. the stellive site is also not working as the others too (time out error)

Yes it does. I m using it on rs.999 lifetime plan with just airtel live activated.

If any of u face problems viewing streaming videos on pc using this trick on realplayer etc, set the RTSP protocol proxy in real player to 100.1.200.99 and port 80 (not 8080) . IT WORKS THAT WAY!! It is Strange that port 80 allows access to RTSP content alone!!!!!!! To test this, set up ur streaming settings on your mobile to use proxy 100.1.200.99 and port to 80 and you can still watch live TV!!!! ( cnbc, aajtak)
