As i said earlier- I spoke to SE:s customer care about 4 days ago and they said that the blue K850 will be released week 41, the green one week 45.
So from the date it is released i guess it will take at least a couple of days before it actually reach the customers sweatty and trembling hands

I SWEAR that I HATE that word; "SOON"!
Why did SE "add" categories to the Messaging application (Folders really) and yet not upgrade the Calendar application, nor the call application?
Does anyone realize that BOTH of these have NOT changed OTHER than adding COLOR since the T39m/T18z have been around ?:?
Why can I not see how LONG a call has been for and also the duration of the call in the CALLS menu; in a threaded like fashion (True before we all hated the threaded because we could NOT tell any previous calls from the same # occured with the "blank" number entry from edit before call saved as the first call in the CALLS menu. ) On my BB Pearl i'll see 1 entry from my wifes most recent number (saved I have 4 numbers in my Address Book/Contacts); and when I view Options and History for her name I can at a quick glance see how long EACH call for EACH number and the date of any of those calls & whether they were RECEIVED by me or MADE OUT by me. When I get the chance I'll post a screenshot. I'm sure you guys will love it.
However I AM looking forward to the 3.5G high speed, video calling/ blogging, and also the ability to utilize the browser more.
PS How come I mention about minimizing the browser pages ago and no1 responded but others post and its a page of discussion? bleh.

So many things on the K850 UI have been changed for the worse, and the messaging app is one of them. Leave it the way it is! If it isn't broken, don't fix it!

But it IS broken! Our lives have advanced and the call menu should be advanced as well. We should be able to see duration, the time of the call, etc. More functions but WITHOUT sacrificing the elegance that keeps us ALL coming back to SE.

I was talking about the messaging, and the SE UI. No-one wants a PSP interface and no file manager- and we especially don't want the very user-unfriendly Yes and No keys.

I couldn't agree more! I've heard Nokia users complain about "how hard" SE is to end a call because there is no red phone icon. Or they don't know which button to press after entering a number because there is no green phone icon. I mean, how stupid can a person be?

They can't seen to grasp the concept of multi-purpose keys with contextual specific uses.
Not having a fixed call/end button imho makes the UI MORE flexible, and this is what I find lacking in Nokia UI - NO flexibility.
btw, for anyone interested .doc and .xls viewer for K800 and later:

To me the c and back keys brought simplicity to the keypad layout. Some keypad layouts are overly complicated with dpad, functions keys AND call and end keys.
