Is this what you're after?

Yes that's it.

BUT still the sync ICON at Contacts freezes. Nothing like that on other sync items.

I don't know what to say, it's working on mine but as hkf posted that's what I meant, but I am about to do a repair install of the firmware because of other bugs

You could try to reset app's but this will awake any you've disabled etc.

Should try it thanks!
However it may be also some kind of Google error.
What is strange it still actually syncs all the data in both directions.

Hey guys just wondering, to those of you who done a repair install of your firmware did you back everything up first in pcc and then put your backup back on?
Or was it just a clean install and then download everything again from scratch?

It just deletes internal storage not SD card and it restores back to factory settings so yes I would do a back up. But I never did any back up to PCC. @Doministry at the top right corner of the accounts screen you'll see the options bar click that & the click sync now

The problem is not the sync now or manual or whatever.

The problem is the Contacts sync beeing stuck with the sync icon beeing constantly on in the Google acc sync items.

However it effectively syncs all data with the account,
the icons's there and each time I reconnect to the internet it want's to connect again.
And sometimes is the "!" mark there too.

Maybe just some Google issue?

I used to have that problem occasionally with my s, I never did know what it was.
But even after I've just reinstalled my phones firmware its still all working on mine, and the auto brightness appears to be working now

He's guys I have gone back to ICS. The battery was still not behaving properly and there was a few bugs that were really getting on my nerves. I suppose for the moment I'm going to wait out a new release of jellybean and go from there.
