Moaning. I rang o2 customer care a minute ago, cos my sim is buggered. It appears that I have to buy a new sim. Arse. Im skint till thursday. No P800age for me this week

I had same prob. £20 for new sim. Ring them back moan like mad them ask to speak to someone else who can sort it out. I got one for free as you should not have to pay.

When i updated firmware it stopped working. They will do it for free you just have to get part the frontline idiots by making a fuss. Dont tell them that you bust it.

My SIM is slightly scratched and bent after it got stuck in my last T68. Fortunately it hasn't died (yet). There's nothing wrong with Tuesdays, especially when you can get the afternoon off and the next day is pay day
