Actually Sony already employs IBIS on their DSLR/DSLTs since since A100. just not as advanced as Olympus'
Olympus's 5-axis IBIS found on OMD-EM5 was the most advanced sensor shift IS ever implement on a camera, and I think the EM1 will be more advanced than that.
Considering Sony's partnership with Olympus. I'm pretty sure the 5-axis IBIS will come pretty soon along with E-mount native Zuiko lenses. whether those two would arrive on a sony smartphone is just a wild guess for now

^^
On DSC-QX10 you could see optical steadyshot sign so yes, it'll be stabilised but probably not using sensor shift stabilisation like the one used by Olympus or by Sony. As the name implies it'll probably be optical stabilisation

Those of you that have info on Honami.
Does Honami have any special technology? Like oversampling, OIS, etc?
How good is its image quality? Can it compare to Nokia's 41MP camera?
Side note: If those Honami mini rumours are true than Sony is definitely on the right track because that's how a "mini" should be, same specs, just smaller.

Honami has the special technology that makes Samsung and Apple fear for their lives!

Honami will have a Youtube app, and i read that Lumia does not.
Steadyshot was confirmed by Ramu, we took it as in body (sensor) stabilisation, but could be software only, not sure of the trade off necessary on the size...
