@SEAN72 - Thanks for your opinions. So what would you recommend? I am now thinking better get all my testing done within those vital first 7 days.

4.6" - 5" Screen - angles not an issue.

Battery - Would like to be able to take it off charge at 7am and not worry until 9pm before I have to charge it again.

My usage - a commercial user, lots of calls, a good amount of whatsapp and emails. A bit of surfing. WiFi in the office and at home, BT in the car.

Software - something smooth and silky, currently on iPhone 4S with iOS 6

You seem to be knowledgable so value your guidance. Actually anyone else who wants to make think about my choice.

But what do you expect?
Remember XT is a stellar performer and amazing in benchmarks.

I felt it brilliant. I still want ZL but this one is awesome.

I would take Z and not hesitate.

Yeah HTC's ultrapixel is no match for sony's Exmor RS...
the one to watch out for is samsung galaxy SIV camera....

i have a very bad felling that SIV screen and cam will be much better than Z

i hope that's not the case....

Samsung is horrible plastic crap with a cartoon UI the S4 will look like the note 2 in my opinion.
