ive tried using an original mca-20 and mca-25... i still get the same bug. please relay the message to your resident technicians, this phone is pretty useless to me if it doesnt perform the way it's supposed to. please ask if they can flash my SW with the european language version... that might fix the bug. it is technically possible to overwrite the asian SW with the european SW with no ill effects. please pm me so i can bring it back there. thank you.

@Brit: Are you working at Smartnet specifically for Sony Ericsson units only? Would you know if Smartnet is supporting Motorola T720 already (e.g. firmware, casings, etc.) Note that this is my second posting regarding this.
