Don't think so, although you did say Max was about right with his dates, which was 12 Sept onwards.

Careful on chrome.. there are some special tidbits in the user agreement that'd probably make you think twice.
one thing of note is anything you post, publish, etc through chrome AUTOMATICALLY gives google the right to reproduce it in whatever way they want.
ANother thing of note is that google has the right to automatically send you updates and automatically install whatever they want through chrome.
there are others, but just a word of warning...

EULA has been changed already.. that part has been revised. Its not as scary... so feel free to use.
Anyone know if the photo frame is the same as the one Sony just announced..but w/ SE branding?
