Well here's my sum up of the situation:
Design: Pretty ugle though a few people like.
Joystick. Need is say more
Memory card: Not good for those that had a k750i or w800i and spent money upgrading their cards.
Video: Not work talking about its that bad
Camera: Very good.
Music ability: Could be good but hindered by memory card point above.
I think they've made a big mistake this time. If the video issue was fixed before release it would be a step forward. Otherwise just scrap the whole thing. I might get myself a w810i, at least its joystick/dpad wont break all the time.

they both have equal music playback properties!

I'm not too fussed about the 15fps video, if I wanted to be Steven Spielberg I'd get myself a proper Sony HDV camera.
Check
this thread for all the negativity days after the K750 was announced. With all that it was still one of SE's best-selling handset last year.

@brix i couldnt agree with you more. People want 2much from their handsets. Its a nice step up in the K serie which did originate as an imaging phone. Thats what they brought us in the new K800 series better cam.

theres nothing wrong with qcif. Is it in mp4 or 3gp format? The nokia n70 records in 15fps and is brilliant. To be honst we dont need 30fps recording like the w900 and vieo at that rate will take up a lot of memory especially given the size of the 3.2mp pics. Otherwise SE would have been forced to give outa bigger card.
