if it was out of warranty and I had to pay that I would probably be quite happy as I would expect more than that!

I got my k-jam back in the post today, fixed, and under warranty
they also tested it and checked call quality and a few other things including cleaning it right up
very happy

I was without the k-jam for 2 weeks but I'll probably sell it now.
I'm using the

M600 at the moment and waiting for the k-jam replacement to come in a few weeks
I don't know if they did a hard reset because I always do the myself before sending devices away and I don't want other people seeing my private data
