mine was modded many times... and im very comfy with FAR.. over XS++
no offense!


i have modded:
- Acoustics
- Menu & Layout
- System fonts
- Startup - shutdown screens

and i havent encountered any probs yet as of now... but be careful!
as always.. you can never back up your files.. but there are K810 files out there.. sadly all of em are around Europe.. mine is APAC.

yeah... i live in europe But how do i backup a file then? can i do it with XS++? or redirect me to a link with camera and accoustics files backed up (k810i R6BC002) thanks

you can't back up ANY files from the K800, except it's GDFS, which you need setoollite. But that doesn't back up files like camera, acoustic drivers etc.

The GDFS is important to back up, it can save your phone if you brick it (depending on what bricks your phone).

I just got the R6 firmware, I've extracted the FS, I'll post it shortly.

R6? is it available for k800i? or R6 from K810i? P.S. I got your backup pack for r1kg001. thx and waiting for the r6. Also it is "almost" impossible to brick your phone by modding camera and accoustics. If anyhing goes wrong, you just backup. right? (plz say yes)

It's never impossible to brick your phone

All care must be taken. That said, changing files in the file system, there is not much danger of stuffing anything up that can't be fixed with either a restore of the relevant original files, or a full flash (or FS flash).

Flashing the phone with other firmwares however, you should be a lot more careful.

im using the latest version of FAR manager and 0.10.0.44 plugin with my k800i R1KG001 APAC db2020 cid52 red

i can browse and put files into my FS but why can't copy files from fs to my pc??

all files copied from fs are 0kb...


need your answers....pls..
