Guys, are E-series phones for discussion here as well, or do I go start another thread (which IMO will be a waste). If e-series are welcome, can we have the thread topic changed to "Nokia Series 60 3rd Edition" or something similar?

e series are here welcome aswell i use now an e50, not that bad. what are the 'position' , 'navigator' and 'landmarks' ? does any of u using those?

@boba: all 3 are GPS-positioning tools. You can receive weather reports and location info based on your... well, location.

I have had no need to use any of them on my E61. By the way, I hope to update my E61 firmware tonight from the Nokia Update site. Wish me luck

Hi Boba,
I'm not sure but i would think it is asking for a BT connection to a GPS device for the tools to work out where you are.

yeah, that was my thought aswell, but if i have a bt device, that one has got probably the offered features aswell, so its pointless to have e50... or did i miss sg?

Most gps units don't have a user interface. Mine just tracks the satellites and displays the information in the java program 'Nav4all' on my phone.Nokia have recently bought a mapping software company and these are 'triail' apps for the present.

i downloaded lately opera mini to e50, all fine, but if i wanna store a pic, it shows in negative... weird... any idea why? i mean, when i go to download this image, there are several options offered ( pic is shown normal ), u know what i mean, then i click it and the negative pops up...
