Returning is well simple!
Just walked into the Regent Street store, even though an appointment was necessary, one of the geniuses still managed to sort it out, no receipt needed.
Like for like replacement, so sadly no box, though I were expecting so took along plenty off bubblewrap

Been messing about with mine recently.
Basically found a old packard bell 15" LCD. So did the noble thing.
Got a splitter and another VGA. To use from the other desk.
Also got rid of the technika mouse etc, got a proper logitech one
TV is half decent actually, had some problems with fading and random loss of colour from the splitter but not had a problem in ages now.
