Thought there is a way now a days to see, hear zipped files without unzipping it to save more mem. Thx

I'm afraid not the main idea is either to take less space while they are being stored or to reduce the file size for sending to someone. But as i said it does mean you can store a lot more documents or pictures on a memory card until you want to view them . Nokia now even include a Zip Program on some of thier devices and I have loads of word docs and PDF's all zipped to leave more space for storage.

It was added in the last firmware for the N93 and a few other models not sure if all models though.

it came with my work 6680 2 yrs ago!It's certainly built into my e61! (both, I hate to say, Vodafone Ireland...)

awful is a bit strong, but a 2mp cam without autofocus isnt the best solution. mind, its not a multimedai fone, so cam is secondary. imo its the same quality like n70 pix, which arent that bad

The person who put up the first sample shots I found awful obviously had a smudgy lens and shaky hand
