The slider is definetely sturdier and more reliable than on the S500.
It's a neat, small and good phone. I believe it is appealing for certain segments.

Don't think it's as cheap as that is it? The yellow S500 is £179.95, so I would guess the W580i would be a bit more? Cheapest I have seen it is on O2's website for £149 on PAYG.

the lights on the front, dont go to the music. sorry, my mistake. but, afaik, the other colours dont have the lights like this on the front.
@coxy, can you confirm this? ^^^ with the lights around the dpad area
