Any word on screen protectors yet? I take it that the screen size is different to the M600.

I sooooo agree......Fed ex is the best shipper...always on time and always safe. UPS and DHL don't do well when it comes to being on time.

Be very weary of eBay. I looked at the listings for $588 and asked the sellers a question but have yet to hear back--something seems odd about both listings as they only sell this one handset and no other electronics or cell phones.
I am going to purchase the P1 directly through CTI Miami (www.cti-miami.com) who I have purchased from in the past and has always been reputable. Their current price is $584.99 (USD) and they will have inventory by the end of the week. Additionally, I can choose my method of shipment and pay directly via Credit Card. At least this way, I have more protection from my credit card company than I do PayPal which is what most eBay sellers require. Plus, they have a US toll-free number that allows you to speak to someone directly.

Price in Singapore dropped to 520 Euros... The sweet spot would be S$1000 (about 480 Euros) I guess!

Attached is a pic of the P1 prototype with Arabic keyboard (with my name in the Notes application, in case someone screams 'Photoshop').
Wow merwyn! That looks soo weird! And no english letters? No way they would release it like that!
My wife just bought me the P1 from Bahrain... They told her it has arabic input through a soft keyboard... It might be the same 3rd party software used before in the P990 and M600.
I still don't know however if it has an Arabic UI? Not that I prefer the arabic UI, but it would be interesting to know, cause that would mean that official arabic input would be available soon (which I do want)...
Only problem is I won't get my hands on the phone till 1 month from now

Hi, I've been looking for the iPhone theme for the P1 - anyone got it or know where to download it? Please PM me if you have it
Patience is a virtue! I've been busy recently with work and stuff, but I've sent it to the email addressed you PM-ed me.
It's not a theme, just wallpapers and .png files to replace the default icons assigned to apps.

My p1 has arrived in UK and DHL tell me its passed clearance and there is nothing to pay, so once in a blue moon it seems it is possible to escape the import taxes
this makes it a much cheaper deal from x1387 than waiting on Expansys!
I'm quite happy about that! Will get it tomorrow
