Actually Max, iPhone and SE phone technologies are pretty close. Well, the iPhone has 802.11G. Right now, Nokia is leading the pack technology wise.

Actually sapporobaby, iPhone is a crippled giant, and SE is David with a slingshot. You can have your crippled propietary lump of technology if you want it, I'd take a P1 over iphone any day of the week
btw, I'm quite happy with my K800 but bluetooth is a week link (in terms of large data transfers), if I had a P1 I'd get more real world use out of the wifi than 90% of the people out there who just happen to have wifi in their phone (most of the people I know with wifi on their phone don't use it. When I mention it they usually don't even realise they have it.)
I'm not a feature whore, I don't mind if something is a little slower, as long as it can be done.
Unless it's camera's and sorry to say but SE DO Make the best all round AF cameras available in phones at the moment.

It's really insane to say N95 has better image quality than K850 even though N95 suffers from detail loss(the most horrible fantasy nokia fans were always blind to admit) and over-blahhblahhh.... i wont go further to elaborate this anymore... many unbiased photography centric people knows who really makes better pics - K850

Possibly true but really. Who cares about camera phones really. If I want to take pictures I break out the Nikon. Camera phones are just a marketing add-on to sell more phones. Many in this forum fall for the marketing crap and whine and complain about this mega-pixel level or that mega-pixel level. Does anyone really rely on a camera phone for their photographic needs? When camera phones can shoot in RAW, then I might be interested.

k800's a crap camera phone
even the w810i has a better camera due to a better and more expensive sensor on the w810i
with a high compression rate camera driver for the w810i, it knocks the hell outta k800i one
I say that coz i have a k810i too

You are wrong in assuming that there are people who dont use Camera Phones for serious photography. Mobile phones are sold all over the world and this means different markets with different dynamics. Not everyone requires an SLR. While there is no doubt regarding the fact that no camera phone will ever come close to a dedicated digicam in terms of image quality in the near future, I can safely say people ARE using camera phones for serious photography needs. This is not because they are unaware of the fact that digicams do have better image quality. This is simply because image quality in camera phones have reached an "acceptable level". There is also the all important affordability factor. For an untrained eye, image quality might not matter much. Phones are being sold here with offers for free print outs for images taken by them. Definitely a marketing ploy - but there are takers and thats what matters. Add to the fact that you are getting an all in one device which nullifies the requirement for seperate device for all your needs. Although cameras in phones started off as a gimmick, gone are the 640*480 days. The war is still being fought on the mega-pixel front. While purits may cringe, they have to be contented in having the option to buy the best devices for their varied needs. An Ipod for personal music, a Nikon for photography. For the masses, they would be happy with an N73 offering decent (printable) image and sound quality for music on the go. I can't imagine myself carrying three or four devices in my pocket while going to work. And yes, I do have a digicam which I use frequently but my cellphone serves me well for casual and serious photography as I do not always carry my digicam with me.
