No, UIQ will stay the same for a while, probably - the extras SE will put on top of it will probably change.

i seriously doubt the G900 will have a 8GB internal mem and still cost around 320 EUR... That would mean instant death for the W960 and SE surely won't ruin that.
I'm betting more on a 1GB M2 in the retail package (i don't think they'll bundle a large mem stick than that, SE saves it for Walkman branded phones).
