just set the ring volume to max, it's the same volume control
for the alarm. and get a loud ringtone, not all ringtones are created equal

@intrados - Unfortunately you can't. This is why I didn't buy the HPR-20. Stereo sound can't be sent to the bottom connector since it was designed for a simple handsfree pin-out...so multimedia sounds aren't routed through the bottom connector. I think this was the error in design of the P800... they should've found a way to make the bottom connector stereo.
@sareb - Check your SIM card... you might have saved too many SMSes on it
@nine_inch_kebab - I think there are a few encryption programs...Lock Box is one. Or why not just create a folder deep within some weird directory, then move all your "hidden files" there. The default program won't "see" it, and you'll need to access the file from File Manager... but if you're trying to hide a Contact, SMS, or other SYSTEM file, you're out of luck.
@adolfo - Check the file again with File Manager... the box should be clear white, not checked or grayed out.
@vmarzo - Sorry, you can't uninstall the built-in browser. It would be useless anyway, since Opera cannot surf on a WAP gateway(the free gateway on Globe) ... Opera can only surf on the paid gateway of Globe... with or without the original browser. You're better off with the built-in browser if you don't want to pay.

how do you insert .ogg files into P800? I converted .mp3 files into .ogg, but when I try putting .ogg files into P800, it says files cannot be copied. I suppose P800 doesnt recognize the formats.
any ideas? and plus, I can only reduce my mp3 files by half in memory with .ogg, is there any way to reduce the size more? and if so which convertor? I am using the dbpoweramp

hello people
can anybody help me out here? i've a p800 and my problem is that suddenly all the pictures that i took from the p800 camera have become very blury and distorted. All of them are stored on the memory stick and also i have some back grounds stored on it and they are perfectly allright. if i take a new photograph that comes out perfectly allright. the problem is with the old photographs
anyone has any ideas y this is happening

Just try to restart your computer with your phone connected, at least that worked for me:=)
