The Xperia U also has a very dim notification light. I barely spotted it at first. Sony missed a trick here with the glowing light at the bottom :-/

I bought the phone yesterday and I find it very good, for my purposes anyway. I immediately switch the sony launcher for GO launcher. I found the original to a bit laggy, I'll guess they didn't put too much effort into it since they will uppgrade to ICS. The camera is very good!

I got the silver one, looks good. I've posted some test shots in the gallery, more to come.

I actually find the battery more than acceptable. I have no problem lasting through the day with one charge. I have had both the G-Note and the One X, both of them i charged at least as often as the Xperia p, In real life usage, the batteries of todays smartphones dont differ that much in performance. At least thats my experience.
Anyhow, im very satisfied with the phone, long time ago I felt this pleased with a phone, and thats on gingerbread with ICS update waiting around the corner.

Well it seems Sony has got the power management well sorted. Cos my Xperia U also has a small battery yet battery is excellent. Latest review is GSM Arena
