BTW, you seem to like putting people in a box, you say "Sammy boys", like we are Samsung zealots, yet Aussieland uses a iPhone5S, a Note 3, a Lumia 1520 and iPad Air
Bonovox uses an LG G2
I use an S4 and iPad4
and Rikken also has a mix of brands, so not only are you lost, but you're talking utter rubbish.

Chill out dude, my question was about Samsung's treatment over it's flagship.
This piece of ugly plastic can't be taken seriously.
Heart rate monitor? Fingerprint scanner?
If it even had an RGB amoled arrangement but,it don't.
I really don't care about 3GB of RAM and i would like to try another brand like i did my entire mobile life.
Had Sony Ericsson since 2003, tried Nokias, Siemens, Benq-Siemens, Samsungs, Motorolas, LGs and now i'm with Sony till another manufacturer offer me a better thing.
HTC don't sell phones in my country so, what is better than Xperia Z2?
This uglyfied S4 don't... (yes, S4 is "cuter")

Your question was why we are being defensive, when we are debating.
If you don't like the GS5 then that's your opinion, one that I share to a certain extent, you could've just said that from the 1st post, we were having a good debate until you came in and rambled on about nothing.
Oh by the way, Samsung have been offering a better "thing" ,as you say, for many years now.
