I think it is really good decision. Only for hard media 4K

Nice. hope sony to provide option to check certain apps to run 4k. Just like whitelisting apps for stamina mode.
Exactly what im thinking before when rumors had that certain prototypes had 1080p.

Guys, how could Z5 render native 4K UI when current version of Lollipop doesn't support native 4K res? And that is true for nearly all apps...

Hope final firmware of z5 can keep up with competition, seen MKBHD hyping i6s camera up like crazy. That's my tech guy out there !

I'll stick this here since it relates to the Z5.

http://www.xperiablog.net/201[....]-phones-do-not-use-underwater/

The Xperia Z5 product page does use the updated language: “You should not put the device completely underwater or expose it to seawater, salt water, chlorinated water or liquids such as drinks. Abuse and improper use of device will invalidate warranty.”

I know it is a warranty issue, fine, if this causes so many issues and people asking for repairs, simple, remove the IP rating and don't advertise it at all.

The above changes in statement might be due to the exposed USB ports on recent Xperia phone, althought I still believe it's still usable, just don't go too far
