correct. As I understand it, R3C004 is the asian version that fixes the errors that R3C002 introduced when used with the chinese language

I resently upgraded my T610 to R3C and when I got it back the ring signal volume was extreamly week... even in the loudest mode. And the speaker volyme was week too. I had to increase the speaker volume to the max and it was not enough anyway.
Anyone else experience week sounds from their phones with R3C?
I sent it back at once... Hope to get it back soon 'cause I'm tired of my old T39.

After upgrading to firmware R3C my T610 doesn't save pictures anymore! When in camera mode it simply returns to one menu back when pressing the button...

Try having your phones reflashed. Something could have happened during the upgrade.

when i turn off my t610 today for a few hours (must on job) i lose all words in my t9 dictionary !!!!!!!!!!! got r3c002 ! does anybody else got this problem???????
