hey ayush,
havent been here for a while.
no i dont use any energy drinks, i prefer more natural energy sources like bananas, berries, and other high in sugar friuts. if i am really tired and need a more stronger pick me up ill have a red bull though.
was out all day yesterday with my mates riding down big ass downhill tracks and gettin some sweet footage of some of the tricks etc. i am very tired today though

its ok but it doesnt release the energy slowly, it acts as a quick burst and then you feel like youve got no energy at all.
you want to look at low GI foods such as milo, bananas and anything that mentions low GI energy

a good energy drink is sustagen sport, it gives you low GI energy, protein, iron, and alot of other minerals etc.
