Yeah, actually he doesn't have any W800 yet... I told me he will send me pictures when he receives them next wednesday...

It's weird ebay didn't stop the selling though...

Well, so far he hasn't really done anything illegal although maybe he should have stipulated on his page that the phones had not yet arrived.

If they don't arrive by next Wednesday though I've a feeling both his page and his account will rapidly cease to exist

It's possible for a matter of marketing research that SE sold some k750 in some very limited region to test the consumer complaints about software.
So even if the guy is selling true k750 phones,you should be warned that those are beta test so full of bugs

about the beta test: yeah, that's why I don't give the guy too much credit, because he said it's a production product with french handbook and 2 years warranty... Also, I would assume that if SE were to release a few handsets for beta testers, they would ask for a feedback! What use would they have if they just sell a few of them to total strangers, without asking them to keep them informed with the problems the handset may have? That's why I don't trust this guy...

hey look at this. remember these pictures from the first guy. he removed the watermark from older pictures taken from cebit and the pressrelease and pit in his own watermark. not only that, but he also says that he works for se and will give you special treatment on a w800i by preselling it to you. and when it is released on april 14, he will ship it to you.

It's the same guy, the picture have same background and his attemp to put his own watermark on there are exactly the same as his pictures for K750. Also he's a new registerd user. Lets all who can send him email about it like last time and lets report him to Ebay again.

Updated: Ebay pull this auction after I email them.

So, the French guy said last week he would send me pics on wednesday to show me I'm wrong, but now we're on thursday, I sent him an e-mail yesterday to remind him, but no news at all... So I guess I was right...
