Im having problems eaven getting the pc program you nedd for the flash... after i agree to the user terms and klick next the next page appears but no download starts... anyone know why? (Windows firewall is off)

My girlfreinds phone was bought in iceland, hence she has the european version, but she is from thailand and would like her phone in thai.
Does anyone know if I can update the phone with the asian version ??

One thing I've noticed (and I've only actually tested one thing after the update), is that the Games menu operates much more smoothly now - no more lag while it loads the icons (which are also loaded faster)
(Afterthought: Ah, one of the reasons is that the highlight bar smooth scrolling has been turned off (in the Games menu only) - it just jumps from item to item)
Anyone know if there's any info anywhere on what has changed? First time I've seen a firmware upgrade without a list of issues addressed

Its not those drivers, when you do the whole plug in 'c' thing, one pops up in 'Other' briefly, 'USB - Flash', thats the one to update not the k750 ones
@theunknown04, pictures don't seem to have speeded up any...didn't have a blur in the corner before, so can't see a difference
Speaker does seem louder to me on MP, but couldn't say 100% definitely.

Alright, When I plug in and that pops up I install. But at the same time the phone is turning on so I don't know if that is causing a problem. Then Unplug and turn off and hold c again? I'll see what happens.

To get everything working I had to go to Sony Ericsson Belguim Site where you can download the Sony Ericsson Update USB driver from the K750i support page. Note this USB driver is completely different from the USB drivers for the K750i, this one will enable your PC to recognise the internal memory (flash) of the phone so that it can apply the update. It is clearly labelled as a USB Update Driver on the belguim site.
I had to go through the process on the sony site a couple of times, the 1st time I downloaded the update software, the second time I did exactly the same thing but because I had downloaded the software the first time it then loaded the update program (a java program) which you then follow the instructions.
You only need to hold the C button until the installation progress bar starts then you can let go, it takes a while to install (about 10 mins or less) If nothing happens then you need to install the flash drivers properly as it is likely that your PC is not recognising the flash drive inside the phone (note: the flash drive is not the same as your memory stick)
